Download any plugin from github

If the download contains addons folder place it in (your server)game/csgo

If it's just a plugin folder with .dll files, place the folder in (your server)game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins

You can now restart the server or load with css_plugins load nameofplugin

type css_plugins list in the console to what plugins are running
